We’re excited to announce the latest update to the Talkyto app and the Talkyto Business Dashboard! This release is packed with features that make communication smoother, safer, and more flexible—whether you’re an individual user or managing a whole team.

What’s New in the Talkyto App version 8.2.2.

1. Smarter Chat Management

You asked, we delivered! Managing your chats is now easier than ever with three new tools:

  • Unread: mark conversations to revisit later.

  • Pin: keep important chats at the top of your list.

  • Flag: highlight messages that require action or follow-up.

  • Filtering: you can now filter flagged/unread/pinned messages

With these options, you’ll never lose track of important conversations again.

2. Voicemail Configuration Per Phone Number

Your voicemail is now fully customizable per number. That means you can set up different voicemail greetings and messages depending on which Talkyto number receives the call. Perfect for managing personal and work lines separately, or tailoring the experience for clients.

You can also record your own voice and use it as a voicemail! How cool is that?

3. Block Contacts & Numbers

Take control of your inbox and calls. With this update, you can now block unwanted contacts or numbers directly in the app. Whether it’s spam, sales calls, or just someone you’d rather not hear from, blocking keeps your Talkyto space distraction-free.

What’s New in the Talkyto Business Dashboard

The Talkyto Business Dashboard continues to evolve for organizations that need advanced controls and professional features.

1. Call Recording per Number

Businesses can now record calls on a per-number basis. This is a game-changer for:

  • Training new staff

  • Keeping a secure log of important discussions in the Talkyto App (for now!)

The feature can be enabled or disabled per number, giving you flexibility without sacrificing control.

2. Dedicated Voicemail per Number

Each phone number in your Business Dashboard can now have its own voicemail setup. This makes it easier to:

  • Route different departments (Sales, Support, HR, etc.)

  • Provide specialized greetings for each number

  • Ensure callers always reach the right message, no matter which line they dial

  • Voice recording - either your own voice or any other you upload
